Free Initial Evaluation:
For no charge, we are happy to respond to your immigration questions. We can usually give you an estimate of our attorney fee over the phone.
If a more detailed response to your questions is necessary, a consultation may be necessary.
$200 Flat Fee for a Consultation:
The cost of the consultation would be credited toward the attorney fee if you retained our firm to prepare/file a petition. At the consultation (and in subsequent emails and phone calls if necessary) we would provide you all the analysis and information you would need to understand your immigration option(s). A consultation normally lasts about 90 minutes.
