We offer our legal services at a reasonable and predictable cost. With our flat-fee billing system, you will know your total costs at the beginning of the process and will never be surprised with hidden or unanticipated fees.

Our flat fees vary according to the complexity of the case: For example, a straightforward H-1B petition would cost $2,500 while a more complex H-1B might cost as much as $3,200.

Flat-Fee Billing Benefits You

Our flat fee billing system provides additional motivation to provide efficient and client-friendly service. Our billing system encourages clients to communicate freely with us because they know they will not be billed for every telephone conversation or every email response.

Payment Plans Available

The total attorney fee is usually split into two payments. For example, if the attorney fee for an H-1B or L-1B petition is $2,600, the initial payment could be $1,600 and the second payment could be $1,000. Should you need other payment options, please raise that with us when you contact us.
