Legal Fees

Our flat fee billing system:

We offer excellent service at a reasonable and predictable cost. We use a flat fee rather than an hourly billing system. With our flat fee system you will know your total attorney fee costs at the beginning of the process and will never be surprised with hidden or unanticipated costs.

Our flat fee billing system motivates us to provide efficient and client-friendly service.  Our billing system encourages clients to communicate freely with us because they know they will not be billed for every telephone conversation or every time we respond to an e-mail.   At law firms that use an hourly billing system, attorneys and paralegals bill for every minute they spend on your case.

Our attorney fees:

Our attorney fees vary according to the complexity of individual cases.  For each type of petition, the difference between the high and low attorney fee is usually $400 to $500.

Payment plans:

The attorney fee is usually split into two payments. For example, if the total attorney fee for an H-1B or L-1B petition is $2,300, the initial payment could be $1,300 and the second payment could be $1,000 (paid at the time of filing).

Below is a list of our attorney fees for immigration matters that we handle frequently (the list is not exhaustive). If you want an estimate of our attorney fee for your immigration matter, please call 612.382.3722.
