Free Initial Contact and Evaluation: For no charge, we are happy to respond to your immigration questions on the phone or via e-mail. We view this initial contact as an opportunity for us to answer your immigration questions and any other questions you may have about our legal services. If we can quickly determine the type of petition or visa you need, we can usually give you an estimate of our legal fees.

If a more detailed response to your questions is necessary, we will suggest that you arrange a consultation. No bright line of distinction exists between a free initial evaluation and a consultation. A consultation usually involves a combination of the following: an in-person meeting, review of your immigration documents, research of immigration law and policies relevant to your questions.

$75 Flat Fee for a Consultation: The cost of the consultation will be credited toward the legal fee should you retain our firm. For a flat fee of $75, we will provide you all the analysis and information you need to understand your immigration option(s). An in-person consultation normally lasts 45 to 90 minutes. We can also arrange a consultation over the phone and via e-mail.
